Public Enemies

Save your two hours…boring movie.  I had such high hopes for it too!  I mean, Johnny Depp as a gangster and Christian Bale out to catch him…seems like a match made in heaven, no?  Well, no.  Just too slow for me.  Ah well.

Dinner landed up not being the grilled steak and brussel sprouts I had planned due to the extremely overtime conference call today.  Didn’t get off the call til 5:30 and still had work to do, plus had to get ready to be out the door for the movie by 6:30.  So I took the easy road and heated up a smokie.

Ugh, I realized that I ate all three of my meals at my desk today…and didn’t even taste the smokie!  Tomorrow, dinner will be at the table!

Didn’t get all of my work done which is why I’m sitting here now.  Oh well.  One little thing to finish up and the rest can wait til tomorrow.

I did find time to snap this shot of Fat Jack though.  He’s growing on me because he’s so funny…now if only he’d quit pissing off my cat!  Here he is cramming his big butt into my recently emptied recycling box.

For the theatre I just carried in my water bottle and the rest of the Mike n Ikes from last night.  Sorry no pics, but you know what it looks like!  Part way through the movie I rummaged around in my purse and came up with a little clementine orange too…haha the funny things I keep in my bag!

After the movie my bad shoulder was really bothering me…those “comfy” seats are curved in just the wrong way that they always aggravate my shoulder…so I had a hot shower and relaxed for a few minutes with a bowl of cereal.

And I may have carried this bag of Cinnamon CrackRiceworks up  here with me while I work away…deeeelish.  Snacky goodness.
