- 3/4 Kashi Crunch w/ 1/2 cup vanilla Almond Breeze
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 serving PC Strawberry Banana smoothie
- Greek Salad: romaine, tomatoes, cukes, light feta, few olives w/ seasoning & ff Italian dressing
- 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese
- huge-ass dill pickle wrapped w/ turkey slice (snack idea from Hungry Girl)
- apple w/ light Laughing Cow wedge
- leftover Saucy Sausage, boiled fancy spuds w/ light sour cream, steamed asparagus
- 2 point cinnabun
- tea
