A bit of a late start this morning because I didn't have to drive DBF to work today, but I still got myself up and out there!
Treadmill: C25K, week 3/day 2
- 5 min warm up
- 1:30 run/recovery, 3:00 run/recovery, 1:30 run/recovery, 3:00 run
- 5 min cooldown
- running at 5.9 mph, walking at 3.9 mph
3 full sets strength training
Recumb Bike: level 5, random
- 10 mins at 85mph+
- 3 min cooldown
Moved up one set off weights on shoulder lifts and ready to move up another set of weights on chest press and leg press. Feel it burn!
