There might have been an Easter Creme Egg that derailed yesterday's plan. It's OK though....that thing has been staring at me from atop the microwave for two weeks. It was time. :)

- 3/4 cup Kashi Crunch w/ 1/2 cup vanilla Almond Breeze
- ff vanilla Activia yogurt w/ strawberries & chopped orange
- leftover tomato soup w/ added frozen veggies
- 1/2 pita w/ 2 tbsp lemon dill hummus
- 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese w/ chopped cucumber
- apple
- Handi-snack cheese & breadsticks
- cajun chicken breast over caesar salad (made with PC light caesar dressing) and a wedge of D'Italiano garlic bread
- grapes
- tea
