Today I noticed...
... that snacking on too many veggies mid-afternoon makes me sooooooo hungry. I need to rethink the order in which I eat my food groups. It was not pleasant.

I almost die when I eat only veggies...have you tried having some cheese with them??? or dip even?? I find that helps a LITTLE bit!!
I had them with hummus! I should know better...raw veggies don't make me feel full...they act more like water and give me a super growly stomach.
