Treadmill:
- 5 minute warm up
- 10 minutes @ 3.2 mph
- 5 minutes @ 3.8 mph
- 5 minute cooldown
Elliptical:
- 10 minutes with ramp @ 6, resistance @ 6
- 5 minutes in reverse with ramp @ 1, resistance @ 4
This afternoon I hope to get out for that walk with the dog (I ran out of time yesterday)...so hopefully the weather holds and work doesn't get nutty.
