- cucumber sticks & baby carrots w/ 2 tbsp hummus
- apple w/ 1 wedge laughing cow
- Alfredo pasta with lf ham & frozen peas
- 1/2 cup Fruity Cheerios w/ 1/2 cup skim milk

Activity: 45 mins moderate cardio (3), walk the doggie (1)
Water: aiming for 2 litres, but not feeling the love today

I love Lemon Zest Luna bars! Yum! Have you tried Caramel Nut Brownie? It's pretty good too! :)
