15 Week Challenge

Another shout out to one of my favorite girls, Amy!  Amy has decided to rock off her last 15 pounds and is asking us to all join in her challenge for the next 15 weeks. 

Whether you have 50 pounds to lose, 15 pounds to lose, or just the yen for a stronger, healthier body (like me!) this challenge is for you.  Amy kicks ass with her workouts each and every week so her 15 Week Challenge can’t possibly be anything short of awesome.
