Slept in, worked like crazy, went to travel agent, working some more.
So, all you get is today's menu:
- coffee x 2
- All Bran bar
- homemade cauliflower soup with shredded light cheddar, piece of whole grain toast with Olivina margarine
- homemade chili with corn, light sour cream, salsa and 1/2 serving of guacamole tortilla chips
- sliced banana in ff vanilla Activia yogurt
Tomorrow I think I'll be feeling up to par enough to finally go to the gym...and maybe try a Shred. I feel like I'm starting all over again.
