Treadmill:
- 5 min warmup
- 15 minutes sprint intervals (30 sec sprints @ 7mph, 1 min recoveries @ 4mph)
- 4 min cooldown (I got impatient...haha)
Strength Training (minus reverse lunges and back extensions, but added step ups on the bosu and calf raises)
Recumb Bike:
- 10 mins on level 5, random
Travelled 6.6km today!
