- coffee (w/ brown sugar & Dairyland fat free Creama)
- 1/2 serving (160ml) of Arthur's Strawberry Rainforest Smoothie
- Activia ff vanilla yogurt w/ fresh blueberries, strawberries & 1/2 cup Kashi Crunch
- something I like to call a "hummus soft taco": ww tortilla spread with hummus, topped with sliced mushrooms, green onions, chopped tomatoes and a big pile fresh spinach. Top with 1 oz grated light cheddar and put under broiler until cheese is totally melted and spinach has wilted down. Fold in half like a taco and enjoy!

- we are attempting Sheppard's Pie for dinner: my Mom's meatloaf recipe with extra veggies topped with homemade whipped Yukon Gold taters (made with light sour cream instead of butter), served with steamed brocolli. Wish me luck!
