Friday Menu
B = coffee, ff yogurt, banana, Fibre Source bar L = Healthy Request Beef Barley soup, rice crackers S = apple w/ pb D = out with the girls....there will be food and drinks. :)
A = hopefully time to walk the dog before I head out for the evening....we'll see how today's workload goes....
