Sure I know you are here hoping for my Sooke Harbour House review but it’s been a busy day and I don’t want to get behind on my Vancouver Canucks playoffs reports!

For the first time in forever I was actually able to gather a few of the girls to meet up at a pub to watch a game.  Friday night playoff game must be the key!!

Tiffaney, Heather and I met up at Darcy’s Pub… where we also finally met Kirsty for the first time!  Yay for Twitter friends!

The bar gives out helmets with player numbers…we chose 22 (Daniel Sedin – thank gawd Tiff and Kirsty knew!).  The deal is if your player scores you win a pitcher of beer!

Of course no pub night is complete without food and drink.  I opted for a Shandy (lager with ginger ale) to sip on (x2)…

and the Chicken Club Wrap with salad.  The wrap was a hefty meal…they cram a lot of chicken, bacon and veggies in there!  The salad had me at the spiralized carrots! :)

Anyone that watched last night’s game knows that Daniel Sedin scored!!  So we donned the Helmut and won ourselves a pitcher of beer!  (which Tiffaney and Kirsty walked around and handed out to other bar patrons!).

Hmmm….how did these nachos get on our table?  Dammit. ;)

And then Daniel scored again!!  And we won more beer!!  Tiffaney sported the Helmut this time around…and then the girls handed out the beer again.
