A little something for YOU!

For the first twelve days of December Starbucks is offering up a “12 Days of Sharing” promotion.  Each day there is a different holiday special.  Yesterday’s special was a Buy One Get One deal on Christmas Blend coffee beans…so of course I stopped on by and took advantage of this.

Now I have in my possession two bags of coffee and I thought I would get in on the sharing and offer one up to you guys to say Happy Holidays and thanks for the bloggie support!

So I think a festive little giveaway is in order.  To enter to win this extra bag of caffeine just leave me a comment on this post telling me your favourite Christmas movie.  I will randomly chose a winner on Sunday (Dec-5th) evening when I get back from visiting my Mom.

Open to Canada and US residents (sorry overseas people, I’m footing the postage bill on this one).

Note: Make sure I have some way of contacting you if you win. If your Google account, etc is private then please leave an email address.

I love Christmas Blend coffee! My favorite holiday movie (right now) is The Family Stone. I get a little homesick sometimes and it makes me happy. But I love them all!

It really isn't a Christmas movie but it is on over the holidays and it is the Sound of Music. It reminds me of Christmas and every year as a child I would watch it and still do now. My favorite part is where they are singing for the big party.

My favorite Christmas movie is 'Love Actually'...I can watch it over and over. And watching 'A Christmas Story' has become a tradition (can you believe my husband had never seen that movie until 2 years ago?)

Gotta go with a classic - It's a Wonderful Life!

This may not be a full length feature movie per say, but I enjoy the classic Charlie Brown Christmas movie.

I will never forget Charlie Brown's Christmas tree; whenever I see a sad looking Christmas tree for sale it reminds me of Charlie Brown's, and I buy it.

Thanks
Justin

"one magic christmas" is my absolute favourite ... it's a disney movie from the mid-80s, featuring mary steenburgen ... and a very wee sarah polley if you don't blink! and, hands down, the best movie santa claus EVER!

White Christmas and the 'classic' How The Grinch Stole Christmas. I'm sorry but Jim Carrey in green makeup just freaks me out! :)

I have a lot of favorites...but A Christmas Story is my fav..
Partially because when I was home after my 1st yr University, I watched this with my dad...who told me he had a gun like this and found it before Christmas.
At 19 it really was a bonding moment for just us.

I can't pick just one. We have a tradition in our family that we watch these five films every year:
A Child's Christmas in Wales
White Christmas
It's A Wonderful Life
Miricle on 34th Street (original)
A Christmas Carol (with Alastair Sim)

There's so many stories and traditions which have spawned out of this list of films (which I'm actually writing a post about). Even when I lived overseas, I found these films for Christmas. Not an easy task in a non-English speaking country!
