Wanted: One Memory

I keep forgetting to blog!  Where is my head?  Not here, apparently.

Was up a tiny bit early this morning for an appointment…not early enough for breakfast of course.  Dammit.  But I did get coffee in me.

Immediately following said appointment, I made oats.  I hope no one could hear my tummy trying to eat itself.  haha.

Someone made mention of my Chocolate Banana Coconut Oats recently so I totally knew what I was diving into!  Heads up chocolate-avoiding Lenters!  :)

In the potUCAB, water, Scottish oatmeal, flax, 1/2 banana, coconut.

On top: coconut and Dark Chocolate Dreams PB.

Drool.

For lunch I went immediately back to the Sabra hummus.  I’m guessing you guys are going to see that stuff every day from here til eternity (um, or until I run out!).

On Light Rye Wasa Crisp Bread with cukes and tomatoes…

Sprinkled with red onion and s&p…

Light and deeeelish.  I used to east Wasa all the time when I was counting WW points.  If only I had some light feta on hand, this would be the recreation of my old go-to lunches.

Some fresh pineapple to finish off…

So I think I’m heading off to Costco to return my Garmin.  I wanted it so bad for my birthday, but we went the bargain route and it doesn’t have everything I want.  Plus, and this is the piss-off, the battery died already.  Four uses in two months and it died.  Not cool.

Yum! Fresh pineapple is the best.
