So I’m sitting here wondering why no one has left any comments today. Um, because I haven’t actually posted a blog today. Duh.
This morning started out totally on the wrong foot. I had a terrible sleep and woke up stiff and sore. However, things seem to be looking up…it is Friday after all! And it’s gloriously sunny outside!
I was hungry as soon as I got up this morning, so even before I brewed coffee I made toast.
Squirrelly toast of course! With PB and Crofter’s Supercrack…
Afterwards I did make coffee…and somehow managed to not take a photo? Odd. Well, I’m sure you’ve all see my coffee mugs anyway! :)
For lunch there were leftovers. Boring for you but easy for me!
The tofu and veggies reheated perfectly. Yum!!
But it was a pretty small dish so I followed it up with my daily dose of Sabra hummus with grape tomatoes and multigrain Tostitos…
On the agenda for the rest of today…
Water, Walk and Wine. In that order. :)

Besides the bad sleep, sounds like a wonderful Friday!
Sounds like a great plan for the afternoon/evening :)
Your stir fry looks really good. I have had tofu cooked by other people and really enjoyed it, but I haven't had the best luck.
LOL at Crofter's supercrack :)
Will you please do a post dedicated to all your Starbucks mugs?!!! I would love to see them all. :)
Can do! Maybe after I *cough* procure a new Easter one...hehe.
Water, Walk, and Wine, sounds fabulous!!!
We were in starbucks last night and hubby was admiring all the mugs. He loves our blogger mug b/c it's so big. I was thinking of getting him this nice dark brown one - it was very "manly" haha. ;)
Hey do you have to do anything with those noodles, like steam them or anything?
I just saw the cutest Easter mugs at Starbucks a couple days ago. Definitely add one to your collection. :)
Have a great weekend, hope your got in your walk (and obviously your wine). Maybe your wine will lead to a great sleep tonight!
Sounds like a great plan!!
Have a fantastic weekend!
Angie, those noodles just cook like pasta...add to boiling water for two minutes and drain. (Basically they are like Mr. Noodle noodles.)
I miss your mug!
"Water, Walk and Wine"...I like that...although maybe "Wine, Water, Wine, Walk, Wine, Wine" would be better!
