Well it seems I am a little less stiff and achy this morning and I slept like the dead for at least half of the night. Yay. Maybe by tomorrow I can attempt some sort of light exercise so as to not spend the weekend feeling totally out of sorts.
So not a fan of missing my workouts when I’ve been on such a roll. Boooooo.
This morning I got to sleep right until 9am. Glorious.
Started with coffee. Also glorious.
And a hot and gooey breakfast wrap…
With natural PB, Crofter’s Spread and half a banana. I rested it on a warm element to get all warm and toasty before I rolled it up. Nom!!

oh man that wrap looks good, I have gotten to the point where I put all my wraps/sandwiches in the toster oven to warm them up, really makes it feel more decadent.
