Are you #waterlogged today?
Sadly, I’m barely on my second litre. Work is crazy busy right now (which is a good thing!) but somehow even though I’m sitting at a desk I can’t seem to lift that water bottle to my mouth. I’m chugging away now, in the hopes of extra hydration before hitting the gym tonight.
Before grabbing my first litre this morning I had to enjoy my coffee a la egg nog first! (don’t worry, it’s stupid half-caf…haha)
And a big bowl of yogurt and bananas. Can I just tell you how much I love having fresh bananas around again?!! (fruit flies be gone!)
Liberte Svelt vanilla yogurt, sliced banana, pecan pieces, hulled hemp seeds, and pomegranate bits. Deeeeelish.
I did manage to tear myself away while awaiting email replies to make a quickie lunch. Just a fast wrap of turkey, hummus, and mixed greens.
Served with some sliced Honeycrisp and cheese chunks.
After that I finally managed to tackle my water bottle. It took me three+ hours to down the first litre. Sad. All this computator screen staring was (is!) making my eyes blurry so I took a moment out for an afternoon pick-me-up.
Reheated halfa-cuppa joe, and a leftover Oatmeal Raisin Bar (I stole a couple from the batch I made for Lex and Dave…bwahahaha).
Now it’s time to let work lie for the day…an hour past quitting time…I think it’s fair. I gotta hot date with a spaghetti squash and Day 2 of 5km training to tackle!!

I know what's the deal with the water? Lately I just can't seem to drink it even though my arse is firmly planted beside my bottle all day long!
