Holy quiet day around here. It’s kind of nice. I’ve accomplished a ton of work. Of course, it makes for a pretty boring blog post. :)
Breakfast: small PC BM multigrain flax bagel schmeared with Cinnamon Raisin PB…along with a sliced Sunrise farmers market apple.
Workout: Day 2 back on the noon workout plan!
20 minutes cross-country on the elliptical (my joints will thank me later!!) followed by a core/ab workout.
Crunches, reverse crunches, bicycle crunches, butterfly kicks and scissor kicks. Two of the easiest one-minute planks today too. Weird how some days it’s a struggle to last even thirty seconds, but today a minute was easy-peasy.
Lunch: 2 x small ancient grains tortillas rolled up with hummus, turkey and lettuce…served with the big dish of shucking peas I’ve been forgetting in the crisper for a week.
Extra coffee: the weather has been wet and yucky all day making it really Autumn-like. It just made me crave an extra cup of coffee. Which ended up keeping me from wanting/needing an afternoon snack. Nice.
And that’s all she wrote folks. I’ll try to be more interesting later tonight but no promises. :)
