pre-gym: 1/2 cup coffee, 1/2 Cherry Pie Larabar
post-gym: rest of coffee, then stopped for Starbucks double tall no-fat vanilla latte
- PC BM cinnamon raisin bagel w/ RSF Becel
- 1/2 cup fresh blackberries
- 1/2 cup red grapes
- leftover stirfried veggies w/ a bit of rice & 1/4 leftover pork loin chop
- cucumber sticks w/ 2 tbsp lemon & dill hummus
- apple w/ 1 wedge light Laughing Cow
- BBQ'd pesto turkey burger on whole wheat bun w/ lettuce & tomato, served with frozen fries & light mayo
- 1/2 cup Crispy Crunch ice cream (DBF brought it home so I can't disappoint him and not try it!)
- if still feeling snacky I got fresh strawberries today
