- 100 cal pack Ritz crisps w/ 1 wedge light Laughing Cow
- yummy peach tea w/ honey
- baby carrots & cucumber sticks w/ 2 tbsp lemon & dill hummus
- BBQ pork loin chops (marinated Asian style) served with stirfried brown rice with brocolli, frozen veg & mushrooms
- ff Lemon Parfait yogurt w/ blackberries & sprinkle of Kashi Crunch
- maybe decaf tea
