Operation Detox in full-effect!
pre-gym: 1/2 Apple Pie LaraBar
- 3/4 cup Kashi Crunch w/ 1/2 cup vanilla Almond Breeze
- coffee
- 1 cup red grapes
- tuna salad (1/2 can light flaked tuna w/ light Miracle Whip, dijon, chopped pickle) served on romaine lettuce leaves
- baby carrots & cucumber sticks w/ 2 tbsp lemon & dill hummus
- 100 cal pack Ritz crisps w/ 1 wedge light Laughing Cow
- 1/2 banana
- grilled chicken breast (marinated in olive oil w/ lemon juice and herbs), steamed asparagus, boiled new potatoes w/ light sour cream
- 1 cup skim milk @ dinner
- ff Lemon Parfait yogurt w/ fresh blackberries & sprinkle of some kind of cereal
- tea

Activity: 30 mins high intensity cardio, 10 mins moderate cardio, strength training (5)
Water: 3 litres (1 litre down already, 1 litre on the go right now, 1 more litre before 8pm)

BAH! I saw blackberries on sale this week and I was like "hm, I don't know what I could do with these" (besides just eat them plain) and PUT THEM BACK! I didn't even think of putting them in my lemon yogurt!!! :(

Menu looks great! :) We all have our "bad days", but usually mine turn into bad WEEKS! lol. Good for you for getting back on track right away!
