- baby carrots

- Handi-Snack (cheese n crackers)
- 1/2 banana & 1/2 cup chocolate Almond Breeze
- water
- leftover Beef & Brocolli, S&S Pork & 1/2 cup fried rice
- water
Activity: intro weights class & hopefully 20 mins light cardio if my back cooperates
