Well, I have to suck it up and admit that yesterday's eating didn't go quite according to plan. I didn't hurt the points too much, but ate extra of the salty snacky stuff and didn't get in too many of the healthy things.
Today I'm trying to eat as clean as I can so I can have a good weigh-in tomorrow morning.
- coffee
- breakfast parfait: chopped banana, blueberries, strawberries, ff Lemon Parfait yogurt, Kashi Crunch
- ww tortilla with hummus, light cheddar, tomatoes, spinach, green onions
- baby carrots
- 100 cal pack Ritz crisps w/ 1 wedge light Laughing Cow
- leftover tomato risotto with 6 grilled shrimp (the ones I was supposed to eat last night)
- spinach salad: baby spinach, tomatoes, sliced mushrooms, a few craisins & chopped almonds w/ olive oil & lemon juice dressing
- tea
- ff refrigerated pudding cup (vanilla/caramel) w/ 2 x chocolate Simple Pleasures cookies
