- treadmill - C25K - week one, day three! (running @ 5.5/walking @ 3.7)
- strength training - 3 sets of 12
- elliptical - level 5 - incline intervals program, 15 mins, followed by 3 min cooldown
- 3 sets of ball squats
I finally got a chance to peek in on the Basic Ball & Step class today... now I know it looks safe, so I'll try to make it next week.
