Because it is sweet, I find I don't need very much to give my baked treats a little something extra so the additional calories aren't even really worth worrying about. Of course, don't slather it on! Keep it under a tablespoon and you really won't feel guilty about it.
For a fun little snack I like to spread a tablespoon between two Simply Pleasures chocolate biscuits for a little cookie sammich. Yum!
