    Is the tower open this time of year?

    The staircase to go to the top freaks me out...I like it from where you took the pictures...on the ground!!!

    BTW, does Starbucks in Halifax have a City "Collector's Mug"? If they do, we can swap...I'll send you Moscow and you can send Halifax to me (to my parents' house in Canada)- if you're interested.
